We adopt best practices to facilitate sourcing, validating and evaluating profiles to deliver candidates of the required skills and caliber to the clients. Based on the requirement of the job profile, we search for candidates from our online database and also advertise in local/all Pakistan newspapers as well as online job portals. The selected candidates are having to appear for preliminary interviews. We select the potential candidates on the basis of prior work experience, qualification, strength and weakness and the ability of candidates to fit into the work culture and ethics of the clients’ organization. The potential candidates are contacted and interview are arranged as per the convenience of the employers we can arrange for the interview and different parts of the country to access the best talents from specific industry. 

After selection, the candidates are sent for pre-employment medical test. We request our clients to apply for NOC for the medically fit candidates as per the project requirement all the selected and medically fit candidates are deployed to meet mobilization schedules of the clients. Many times due to paucity of time we do the final selection and send the candidates without guarantee.
